Mothers day

I am interviewing my mom about what she would like for Mothers day



Me)    What would you like for Mothers day?

Mom)  I would like breakfast in bed.

Me)     Would you like any presents?

Mom)   I guess I would like some.

Me)      What sort of presents would you like.

Mom)    I would like presents that you have made.

Me)       Would you not like any presents  that have been bought?

Mom)     I guess I will like one or two

Me)        What sort of presents would you like?

Mom)      I would like a box of chocolates.

Me)         Would you like to go away?

Mom)       No I would like to stay with the family.

Me)          Would you like to have a family gathering?

Mom)       That would be nice.

blogging challenge: Let’s look globally

We have had two weeks of Easter holidays. Today we are continuing with the Student blogging challenge. We are on Week 4: Let’s look globally.

This week we are focusing on global issues.  There are so many of them, such as:

·         hunger

·         water

·         racism

·         use of resources

·         global warming

·         specific aspects of the environment

·         unemployment

·         war and unrest

·         use of land

·         terrorism

·         HIV/Aids

·         child labour

·         women’s rights

·         education and literacy

·         and more…
